Party Wall Surveyors

Individual surveyors throughout the practice are trained to be surveyors in accordance with the Party Wall Act. The Act is applicable for every project where the works are relatively close to a boundary or works are required to the party wall itself. In these cases it is necessary to obtain approval of all the relevant parties prior to the works commencing.
