Tulip Inn Hotel

The modular build system seems to be the way forward for Tulip Inn Hotels. Work has been completed on the Tulip Inn Manchester Trafford Centre, Tulip Inn Dublin Airport and, more recently, Tulip Inn Leeds/Castleford. Manchester Airport is still under construction. All of these projects are modular units based around a steel framed core.

Manchester Trafford Centre produced it’s own difficulties as this project had been completed earlier but now required a 4 storey 39 bedroom extension to the traditional built original hotel.

Careful consideration had to be taken into account because of the existing building Works included foundations for the modular structure while our Civils team carried out the external works, which consisted of designing and co-ordinating the foul and surface water drainage system.
