Director: Neil Read – CEng, MIStructE, RMaPS

A Chartered Structural Engineer, Neil joined Alan Wood & Partners in 1989 and was promoted to Associate of the structural reporting, domestic and commercial subsidence department. Neil dealt with the running of the team and its projects. In 2003 we opened our York office for which Neil took responsibility and he was elected as a Director in 2006.

Associate: Gez Pegram – BSc (Hons), CEng, MICE, MIStructE, CARE

Gez is a Chartered Civil Structural Engineer with over 15 years experience. Gez was appointed Associate in 2006 and runs a team of Civil and Structural Engineers and Technicians. Gez has extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of engineering but specialises in historic and listed buildings.
