As a partner for the 2012 London Olympics BT wanted to create a focal point for the countdown to the start of the Olympic Games. The countdown was to commence from 1000 days to the opening ceremony for the Olympics Games.

The first phase of the holiday lodge development at Kilnwick Percy Golf Club comprises of 14 lodges situated in an area of scrub woodland. The trees were cleared leaving only mature trees in-situ. The lodges were situated to minimise impact on the remaining trees.

The new Scarborough Rugby Club development, situated on a Greenfield site to the north of Scarborough, was designed to be sympathetic to the local rural surroundings. Extensive use of reconstituted stonework and timber boarding were used for the walls together with a tiled roof finish. This enabled the clubhouse to be in keeping with the local surroundings.
