After a disastrous fire, Tryton Foods Ltd. had an urgent need for new production facilities. The project at Freightliner Road was therefore divided into two distinct phases, the first involving the very substantial conversion of an existing portal frame building to allow the re-starting of production as soon as possible.

Because of their specialised knowledge and skills, Alan Wood & Partners were approached by Aarhuskarlshamn UK Ltd. To assist them in the development of a green field site on the North side of King George Dock to provide a refinery for edible oils. This appointment has continued to the present day as Aarhuskarlshamn UK Ltd. Have expanded and improved their facility.
