Spotlight Projects – Modular Design
This prestigious inner city project for Berkley First is situated on a 2ha brownfield site directly to the north of the elevated section of the M4
motorway and is surrounded by existing development. The aim of the project is to provide student and key worker accommodation.

The modular build system seems to be the way forward for Tulip Inn Hotels. Work has been completed on the Tulip Inn Manchester
Trafford Centre, Tulip Inn Dublin Airport and, more recently, Tulip Inn Leeds/Castleford. Manchester Airport is still under construction. All of
these projects are modular units around a steel framed core.

As part of a national programme to increase prison places HMP Stocken was extended in 2007 – 2009 to provide 184 more beds in two new House Blocks.
