Graduate programme

Alan Wood & Partners actively encourage individual development enabling, whenever possible, promotion within.

Graduates are trained by the company through enrolment on the formal I.C.E Approved Training Scheme (leading to M.I.C.E) or through less formal project based experience leading to chartership in I.C.E or I.Struct.E.

Qualifications for technicians are also actively encouraged with sponsorship provided for BTEC and HNC appropriate courses.
