As an experienced Principal / Senior Civil Engineer within the structural team, your primary focus will be to undertake structural engineering design, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
The ideal candidate will be able to use their skills and knowledge to add value to a wide range of construction projects across the complete construction spectrum. Current projects include Schools, Hospitals, Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Waste Handling/Recycling Plants, Prison Authority Buildings and Decarbonisation of Hospitals.
You will contribute to and oversee the production of technical drawings, calculations, and specifications, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated design solutions. You will be expected to mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, maintain high technical standards and build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
You will be required to plan your work in a structured manner, working with colleagues in addressing peaks and troughs in resource demand, and help to prioritise project delivery.
