Leeds Team Move to Bigger Premises

Alan Wood & Partners is expanding its presence in the West Yorkshire region relocating from Turnberry Park to a new office at Howley Park Business Village, Morley. This move marks a significant step forward in the company's growth strategy, allowing for the accommodation of more staff and services offerings.

 

Simultaneously the firm is bolstering its civil engineering division with the recruitment of three new positions, spearheaded by Mani Ghomi. This move strengthens the Morley office's existing civil engineering capabilities.

 

In addition to this expansion, AWP introduced Building Surveying services to the West Yorkshire area last year, which was previously available through the Hull, York, and Lincoln offices. Andrew Walton is leading this initiative, and the company has already seen a substantial increase in Building Surveying enquiries, with a continued focus on expanding this service.
