Alan Wood & Partners are pleased to share that two of our recent projects have been shortlisted for the upcoming Lincolnshire Property & Construction Awards.
A targeted acquisition, assessment and refurbishment project involving 302 High Street and the adjoining shopping centre, delivered in close collaboration with Wykeland Group and Lincolnshire Co‑op. Our team provided structural and civil engineering input, RAAC inspections, reinstatement cost assessments, and project management support to guide effective refurbishment and long‑term asset planning.
It was a pleasure to be involved in this project, correcting planning decisions made in the 1980s and restoring a more visually pleasing, elegant facade as it would have appeared when first built, thereby enhancing and elevating the immediate street scene in accordance with its historic location.

Working alongside CPMG Architects and GF Tomlinson, we delivered structural, civil, geotechnical and geoenvironmental engineering for the redevelopment of the coastal colonnade. Phase 1 delivered a modern new pavilion with retail, hospitality and community spaces, designed with coastal resilience and long‑term durability in mind.
We look forward to celebrating with all those shortlisted at this year’s event.
